The proposed merger of satellite radio duo Sirius and XM may have hit a snag. A group of State Attorneys General are pushing to have the FCC vote against the deal. And if it goes through, they want them to set aside twenty percent of the frequencies for another company to lease - which would open the door to a more competitive satellite market. It's slow going but considering the companies were given their original licenses under the condition that they would never merge, it's amazing it's gotten this far.
